Qigong is a grounding and revitalising Ancient Chinese wellness practice designed to harmonise body, breath, and mind. Through a sequence of gentle yet precise movements, breathwork, and mindful focus, you’ll cultivate and balance your internal energy, known as qi. This moving meditation practice helps release stagnant tension, improve circulation, and enhance vitality while supporting a calm and centred state of being.

Each class offers accessible guidance from Eloise to help you drop into flow, making it suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. We draw on the Five Element philosophy and seasonal shifts to promote energy flow, circulation and nervous system regulation. Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and more connected to your natural energy, while also feeling strong and supple in your body too.

This class is open to all, no previous experience is required.
