These weekly meditation classes are designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system and feel more grounded in daily life.   

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, anxious or constantly “on”, these sessions offer practical tools to calm the body and mind in a supportive, welcoming space. No previous meditation experience is needed. 

Each class blends gentle breathwork, guided meditation and simple nervous system regulation practices that you can take into everyday life.
