Agentle yet invigorating stretch and mobility class designed to awaken your body, improve flexibility, and enhance joint health.  

Perfect for all fitness levels, this session focuses on progressive movements that gradually increase in range and intensity, allowing you to move at your own pace while building strength and mobility.  

What to Expect: 

 · Dynamic Warm-Up: Gentle movements to increase blood flow and prepare body/mind.  

· Progressive Stretching: Slow, controlled stretches targeting major muscle groups, with options to deepen or modify as needed.  

· Mobility Drills: Functional exercises to improve joint mobility and posture.  

· Mindful Cooldown: Relaxing stretches paired with breathwork to leave you feeling refreshed and energised.
